Vorspiel (Act 1) of Wagner's Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg (Breitkopf und Härtel), edited by Fritz Hoffmann, is currently placed on “Parts” section.

However, this version has so many major differences from Wagner's original version that it can be called a new arrangement.
Below are just a few examples:
* 1st Trumpet, bar 42; Wagner: G-A-G / Hoffmann: C-C-C
* Trumpets, bars 159-160, triplets are played by; Wagner: 2nd Trumpet / Hoffmann: 1st Trumpet
* Trumpets, bars 214-217; 2nd and 3rd Trumpets are swapped.
Similar part exchanges are also found in horn parts.
I guess these parts by Hoffmann are created in order to make the overture playable by small orchestras which may lack 3rd Trumpet or 4th Horn.
They are obviously arranged, rather than merely edited, with intention, and have many difference from the original version.
Therefore, I think these parts should be placed in “Arrangements and Transcriptions” section.
