As much as I found this amusing, have you just registered three separate accounts to... spam the forums with three different sexually related jokes/poems? 1 isn't exactly suitable and the others could be in one thread if indeed they are suitable at all.

It's probably a bot. Doesn't this forum have something to prevent them from signing up? And who is the admin, becuase they need to delete these...
