I saw a webinar talk by Neal Zaslaw on the new and latest edition of the Köchel catalog. I couldn't see the entire webinar, but a few points:
- The printed catalog will be over 1,200 pages long; to be published by the original publisher, Breitkopf & Härtel
- They are reverting to the original numbering (removing Einstein's revisions)
- Works which were discovered after the first edition (thus lacking a Köchel number) will receive a new number after K.626
- One of the appendices will have a list of all the works which have been discovered to have been written by others
- The printed catalog will be in German (with two introductions in English); they are preparing an online version which will be in English
