IMSLP-US admin login page inaccessible

For the past two days when trying to access the admin login page (http://www.imslp.us/admin/) all I get is a page that displays a cascade of errors in the following format:

Strict Standards: Non-static method ext_Lang::detect_lang() should not be called statically in /home3/jdeperi/imslp.us/admin/include/init.php on line 99

Any ideas as to what is going on here?

I don't manage the US server, however I manage several other accounts at the same hosting provider (including the one running these forums). This hosting provider is gradually changing the default php version to a new one (php 5.4) on all their servers. I guess that this problem may be related to more stringent rules enforced by php 5.4 with respect to previous php versions.

I'm sending a PM to jdeperi so that he can look into this problem.
