I would like to create a new instrument category and tag for an instrument that is not currently represented on IMSLP, yet there are scores which feature that instrument.

How do I create these? I tried to find a guide but can't see any instructions on the website.

You can leave it blank, Steltz is doing the tagging. It's an entire system at Mediawiki:Genres
