Alphabetical treatment of German titles
I understand it is general policy to ignore articles in the titles of works. In German this causes confusion because the articles "Der" and "Die" are also used as pronouns. So for instance a title such as "Die ihm vertrauen, die erfahren" (Telemann) is to be found under "I" rather than "D", where people would be unlikely to look for it. This approach is also at odds with the TWV catalogue listing. I would prefer there be a way for this to be corrected, is this possible? What are other people's views?

There's a way to override the sorting mechanism. I've changed the mentioned page accordingly, now it appears under "D" in the composer category. You have to enter at the very end of the page following code. This has to be done for other affected pages in a similar way.

Re: Alphabetical treatment of German titles
Thank you, I've done it for a couple of others. Given the TWV index is sorted completely by first word, I propose moving those with an article as well so that our list is in the same order as the TWV catalogue.
