Tchaikovsky, Liturgy of St. Chrysostom

There is an arrangement of this that includes 3 clarinets and bass clarinet, but for some reason, although not tagged as "3cl bcl", it comes up in the category walker as "For 3 clarinets, bass clarinet", not "For 3 clarinets, bass clarinet (arr)".

I can't work out why? What am I missing?
