Choron/Lafage Manuel Complet de Musique

I have one volume of this that can be uploaded, but I'm not sure where to put it. The series was written by Etienne Choron and J. Adrien de Lafage, but it is in several volumes -- from what I can tell, each starts with the theory/history/encyclopedia written by Choron/Lafage, followed by a Méthode for an instrument. in this case, the harp volume was written by Backofen and Wenzel.
So there are 4 authors. Choron has top place on the title page, but the general part takes only 19 pages and the rest is Backofen/Wenzel.
Whose page would it go on? Also, presumably if this is scanned, people can access the volumes for clarinet, violin, etc., so we could conceivably have the whole set.
