Can you help?

The categorization project has been running for almost two years, and it's 98% complete (with 116,683 out of 119,294 scores now 'tagged' and searchable by our category walker). But there's a stubborn block of around 2,500 works that are proving difficult to categorize, mainly because we don't know their instrumentation. This might be because the uploader of the scores on that page didn't provide enough details, or left that field completely blank. Sometimes only arrangements have been uploaded, and we don't know the instruments or voices used in the original work. This means that the tagging team either have to download every score to see what instruments are used, or try to find out from reference books or other sources, which is a very slow process.
So we're looking for volunteers to go through the list of Untagged Pages to check that the instrumentation is given correctly. This is usually shown towards the bottom of each workpage, in the "General Information" section. If it's missing or incomplete then it would be really helpful if you could edit the page to include the correct details in the line that starts with "|Instrumentation=".
To categorize the piece we need to know the names of the instruments involved, and the ranges of any solo voices or choruses (e.g. "SATB soloists", or "TTB chorus"). Any arrangements or transcriptions on the workpage, can be safely ignored as these are handled differently — it's just the instruments and voices used in the original work that we need to know. All help will be gratefully received![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
