I just noticed that on imslp "Ignaz Pleyel" has a composer page using the french acronym "Ignace Joseph Pleyel", originally with references to french wikipedia that use the same spelling of the names.
This looks now really strange when practically all references are for Ignaz Pleyel, which is also the name used by Library of Congress. Time for a correction?

Thanks for pointing this out - the composer page has now been moved to Ignaz Pleyel in accordance with (as you say) an overwhelming majority of sources.
