Hey Philidor and BKhon: Just wanted to request article submission access on my Journal account (username: feldmahler). I thought the Journal might be a nice place for me to post updates about new IMSLP features and other things on the horizon...

YAY! Great stuff. Ben and I are trying to apply a standard formatting policy to the site (12 point Verdana) so if you could oblige - thanks. But don't worry too much about it. The editor's temperamental and Ben or I can format your stuff... on condition you won't take offence.

NB A fabulous wordpress specialist came out of the woodwork on Twitter and is doing some development work on the Journal. Once she's finished I'll report back here what she's done (and try and find some way to thank her). So when you're writing articles you may find things jumping about a bit and it's a good idea, just at the moment, not to compose directly on the site.

It's never a good idea to write any article directly into word press . If one hits a wrong button, the entire article can be irrevocably erased. I learned this after writing the Recording Basics article for the first time. When I was writing the last paragraph, the whole thing was erased
