How to upload to proper location?

RE: Gabriel Pierné -- Album pour mes petitis amis op.14 -- my arrangement
for wind octet.
Yesterday I loaded my arrangement, Nº1. It ended up under Nº6, but has now
been moved to its proper place under Nº1. Thanks. How can I do this right
the first time?
Today I loaded my arrangement, Nº2, but then I saw the parts were not in
the right order, so I re-loaded it. Now I see two uploads pending review,
however the IMSLP file references are the same. So I assume the 2nd upload
will automatically replace the 1st? Also, these files seem to have ended
up under Nº6, but should be under Nº2 (Farandole).
I also have all six movements in a single file (per part plus complete
score.) Perhaps it would be better to have the complete collection rather
than separate movements? If that is preferable, then I will upload the
files with the complete collection, and the files for Nº1 and Nº2 should be
deleted. Otherwise, I will proceed to upload Nº3, Nº4, Nº5 and Nº6
separately. Please advise which you prefer.
Regarding part order -- IMSLP guidelines call for "score order" but for a
wind octet it is common practice to show the horns above the bassoons, so
that is the order I have used in my scores
for wind octet.
