Asking for help for loading errors on imslp page

Hi all,
Recently, whenever I am trying to open/download a PDF/recording or image link on imslp or even trying to log into the forum from the main page.
The page will automatically loads into a blank page with this message:
Set $wgShowExceptionDetails = true; at the bottom of LocalSettings.php to show detailed debugging information.
May I know if there is any solution to this problem?
