Listing works within a genre: by title, or by composer?

Now that some of the "genre" categories are getting quite large, I have noticed something that has the potential to become increasingly annoying (or make it more difficult to find particular works).
For example: There are now 110 string quartets on IMSLP.
When you go to the category "Quartets: 2 violins, 1 viola, 1 cello", you find all the works listed alphabetically by title. Most of them are under the title "String quartet no. _" by (composer), and so you have to sort through all of them to find the one(s) you want.
Would it be feasible and/or helpful to list the works in a genre alphabetically by composer?
Thus, once you open the list, you can see:
Composer A: String Quartet No. 1
String Quartet No. 2
etc
Composer B: String Quartet No. 1
and so on.
just my $0.02 worth...
