I recently unploaded a new transcription of a Giovanni Rovetta work here:
https://imslp.org/wiki/Ave_maris_stella ... _Giovanni)
and it was promptly activated. However, there are two issues:
1) Within minutes of the original upload, and before activation, I uploaded a corrected PDF file of the complete score with the intent of replacing #880156. This shows in the File History. However, the original PDF is what is being displayed.
2) On my home IMSLP page (https://imslp.org/wiki/Category:Brolsma%2C_Bruce_Edward), no "As Editor" attribution appears for this Rovetta transcription. Attributions did appear for two other transcriptions I've done, and I do plan to add more in the future.
If I need to take steps to correct the above, or you can make the necessary corrections, I would be very grateful.
Best regards,
Bruce Brolsma

Re: Giovanni Rovetta transcription
Solved by editing the page and adding an Editor attribution that correctly points to me.
Re: Giovanni Rovetta transcription
Thats correctly done.

FYI, this sounds like it could have been an issue of the page's cache not updating. To manually force a cache update, you can go to edit the page, then change the URL to replace the word "edit" at the end with "purge" and hit enter. So for example, on https://imslp.org/wiki/Sanctus_(Carnaby,_William) (random page), clicking the edit button takes you to
which you then change to
and go to that URL. (You could also just make an actual edit to the page, as you did in the case at hand, but this works if you don't have any edit to make.)
Code: Select all
https://imslp.org/index.php?title=Sanctus_(Carnaby,_William)&action=edit
Code: Select all
