Removing "Category:Books" from data

There is at least one item that comes up in IMSLP under "Category:Books" which is not a book, but a score only. When I tried to edit the page for the score, I couldn't find a way to remove that category. Please take a look:

Am I right in assuming that we don't want to have etudes, exercises, studies, etc. (i.e., 99.99% music score) to be placed in the "books" category -- as opposed to a "method" book which would contain copious explanatory text?

As far as I understand, the categorization is due to the fact that the genre has been given as "Books" in the "General Information" block. I admit that with the current system this is very hard to figure out - the relevant source code is not even on the same page.
