Ii gives the option of "Moderator" does this forum actually have any moderators?

Well... as this forum is really not very active, so I haven't had to assign moderators... so no moderators atm.

Forgive me for such a naive question (I used to know what it is...I forgot and am too lazy to look it up again) but what exactly does a moderator do and how would one work in this forum?

Well... moderators basically try to calm things down when people go berserk shouting at each other, etc. They have the power to delete posts as well as lock threads (so that no new post can be posted in that thread)... might be able to ban too but I'm not sure.
