Linking to errata

In the course of scanning the Medtner complete works edition, I have discovered 4 pages of errata which apply to the first two volumes of the set (opp. 1-31 of the piano works). Should I just scan and upload these four pages and link to the file from each work page? If so, where should I link to it? I could also possibly put them in text form and put each erratum on each work's appropriate discussion page. Any advice?

I think it may be best just to scan them and submit the file to all four work pages
