I did a arrangement of klavierstück, op. post of Anton Webern for flute, violin, viola and piano (the original is only for piano). Can i upload this work or i'm violate copyright of webern? I have the same form another piece of Satie.

Not sure what piece you are referring to here. Webern's music is free in Canada, unless there is something that was literally unperformed until sometime less than 50 years ago. If you're not in Canada or a 50 pma country, it will not be legal for you to make an arrangement until 2016 - longer in the USA.
