Dear IMSLP Team,

I would like to inquire about the copyright review status of volumes 5 and 6 of "Ausgewählte Klavierwerke" by Alexander Scriabin, published by Edition Peters:

Band 5: Sonaten Nr. 1-5 (1971), edited by Günter Philipp (b.1927). 112 pages. Plate E.P. 12588. Band 6: Sonaten Nr. 6-10 (1972), edited by Günter Philipp (b.1927). 120 pages. Plate E.P. 12652. These volumes appear under the following message:

"This file is pending copyright review and cannot be downloaded at this time. All newly submitted files must go through copyright review, which should finish in up to 2 days. The file will be available for download if review completes without issues."

However, it has been several months since these works were submitted for review, and they remain unavailable for download.

Could you kindly provide an update on the status of this review? Is there an estimated timeline for when these files might be cleared or further information on the copyright situation for these volumes?

Thank you!

Best regards.

These will be indefinitely blocked until and unless all copyrighted fingerings are removed from these volumes. Accordingly, links to them will be removed from the page until and unless this happens.

Thank you for the clarification regarding the copyright issues with these volumes.

If there is any way I could access the files, I would gladly assist in editing them to remove copyrighted material, ensuring they comply with copyright regulations and can be made available. Please let me know if I can help.

If you wanted access to them in this case, we would need to follow up on your progress in clearing the fingerings then, keep in mind the sharing these would only be allowed for users to do this work that is required to make them avaliable on the site here (and you're not allow to distribute them elsewhere) first and not take the items and run with them, as long as you're going to be honest with us in doing the work and getting them up on here within a timely manner.
