Hi, Joseph Lauber is PD-EU as of this year and I have scores of his solo works for double bass. They were published posthumously by the Swiss publisher Pizzicato Verlag Helvetia with no editor listed. They are:
Fantaisie de Concert (double bass and piano), 1998
Burlesque (double bass and piano), 2000
Quatre Caprices (double bass and piano), 2000
Sonate (double bass and piano), 2003
Quatre Morceaux d'Eglise (double bass and organ or harmonium), 2003
Concerto pour Contrebasse et Petit Orchestre (full score). 2005, PVH 984
I'm assuming that the 25 year urtext rule applies, meaning I will be able to upload the Fantaisie de Concert next year?
