I want to check if it's ok to post Michael Haydn's cello concerto in B-flat, published by Doblinger in 1995. This is the first edition based on the manuscript, but also Urtext because the editor states in the preface that he did not change much besides making the notation more modern-looking.

If the editorial work in the 1995 Doblinger edition is minimal, it may still be protected by copyright. Check Doblinger's copyright terms before posting. If unsure, IMSLP forums can help clarify.
