Hello!
According to IMSLP's page on Pulcinella, "as this work was first published before 1923 or failed to meet notice or renewal requirements, it is almost certainly public domain in the USA and is therefore hosted on an American server for US residents only."
Where can I confirm or get clarification on this? If I create a new arrangement of Pulcinella using the piano score listed, I am within the law, right?
Thanks very much for any help!

Re: Pulcinella Clarification
If you look at the publisher citation in the file-listing itself, you'll see that the Chester vocal score was published in 1920.
