Whoever is the admin, Since you are a student and you claim that you cant fight these big lawsuits, I suggest that you setup a place for donations, that way you can hire the lawyers u need to fight this. I believe anyone should access to anyone's music, especially music that was written over a century ago. SETUP A DONATION section, i believe that their will be many who agree and are willing to donate.

Donations could only ever help pay for hosting costs. Paying for legal help just won't happen, there is too much money needed.

Once the switch to gutenberg is done, you can donate to them if you wish.

Hi ArticWind7, so that means that for the US server, IMSLP will definitely be under Gutenberg?

Most likely (at this stage). Unless someone more secure offers.

I see. Unless Feldmahler says otherwise, Gutenberg is the way to go.

Thank you.

That doesn't mean that Gutenberg will be "in charge" as far as I can see it, they will, for the most part, just own the domain name, so then they deal with legal matters.

This is what Feldmahler said:
This is the plan, and Michael Hart has agreed to help IMSLP over the phone, but of course starting the US branch is currently comparatively the least of our worries right now. But yes, that is the plan once IMSLP proper comes back up

Again, ArticWind7, thanks for clarifying this.
