I like the idea of IMSLP-USA and I am sure that it will work.

To cater works that becomes PD in Canada but non-PD in USA and EU (the bulk of works between 50-70 yrs pma), we should set up an independent entity called IMSLP-Canada in a similar fashion as IMSLP-USA, that all activities (from admin to file servers) are carried out within Canada, and the president should be a Canadian citizen residing in Canada.

This would enable us to unlock thousands of works.
