Problem accessing imslp scores

Upon downloading a score, I imtermittantly get the following message:

"account closed: contact billing department", presumably from IMSLP.

1. do you HAVE a billing department?
2. Do you have any ideas: is this imslp policy, or is this a COMPUTER VIRUS problem.

I think it's a temporary bug.Now all work for me.....
We will wait admin response...

I tryed downloading IMSLP torrent but the files seem much less then what is on IMSLP?

Any particular reason for this?

I thought all the IMSLP is backed up?

Also most of the Wolfgang Korngold scores have dissapeared as I remember they were all available before IMSLPs shutdown but now there is only 5 of them.
