The Title "Thematic Catalogue . . ." suggests that there should be incipits of all compositions. Hope the best. This confusion seems to be normal in this time. Without incipits normally you'll have no chance to understand anything.

The file is still blocked, but I'm sure that there should be an additional "s" in the page title: "Die Kunst des Vorspiels, Op.6 (Kühmstedt, Friedrich)". The spelling of the publisher is probably "B. Schott's Söhne".
