Hello, So the reason why certain volumes have the Non PD Status for the USA is a bit complex. In short here is a guideline of how the tags are applied for the USA (the 25 year rule does not apply to the USA, only for Canada since they follow EU status and EU is the 25 year rule for critical editions...

There is much more missing which will not go PD for many more years over time.

Keep in mind we get a lot of uploads coming in every single day and one 1 or 2 people (one of them is me) mainly works on clearing the list we have throughout the week every single week.

The Clara site is still in development so I assume a new viewer will be put in the new site but not sure.

That is because the system only reloads the page to default each time. The current site doesn't account for this, and I would not expect the old site getting updated anymore for changes like this because we will be moving to the new Clara site that is linked on the main page.

You will be seeing this within the next two months as they have not been uploaded yet due to the 25 year rule.

Just FYI for the workpage titles, these should only contain one set of catelogue numbers (probably BV only), not two different kinds. It is OK however, to list them in the catelogue/opus field in the general info for multiple catelogue numbers.

The viewer has always been a bit buggy. In the future on the Clara website (link is on the front page of the site), we probably will be using a new viewer to view files on here.

We already have standards on how Part files are added on here since we have such a huge amount on the site, I have been the one doing the standardization. So what I would suggest is making each woodwind instrument part its own file, avoid clumping them if possible please. So for example: Clarinet 1 ...
