Isn't that in itself a "problem with the file," albeit minor? Is it a hard thing to fix?

They are part of the collection, so I assume they will be uploaded eventually. They are part of a volume only sold to US customers (and so must be PD there), but as Sibelius is PD is Canada (right?), I see no reason they would not be on IMSLP.
