You can change it by moving the page to one with the correct title.

The work pages of George Dyson's 'Evening Service in D' (recently created) and 'Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis in D major' should be merged as this is the same work.

You can do this yourself by moving the whole page to a new page with the correct title. To avoid confusion with the other motet, you will have to make sure it is named slightly differently.

The key signatures are on the correct lines. The clef isn't the usual treble clef, it's a G clef on the bottom line of the staff. They look like trill signs to me. The style seems very rustic.

This notation is quite common in Baroque music when the violin player is playing a bass part. It was played an octave higher than notated.

It's a vocal score (and correctly labelled as such), not a full score.
