For those still having problems, especially in the UK, I note that the proxy server docproxy no longer appears to be available. However I have just gone to http://www.defilter.co.uk and successfully downloaded several files. On their main page enter http://imslp.org/wiki/Main_Page into the Web Page ...

If this is of any help, I have today downloaded several large scores by going through the proxy server at http://www.docproxy.com
