Hi,
Jean-Marie Plum (1899-1944) was an organist and composer who produced interesting works for organ. Most of his music is in Belgium where he lived and died. I wonder if anyone has access to his scores or to Belgian libraries and want to contribute with new scores.
Thanks

Clément Loret Les fêtes religieuses
Hi, Clément Loret between 1892 and 1895 wrote a cycle of organ pieces known under the name of "Les fêtes religieuses" (recueil de 12 fêtes de l'année liturgique). The 12 booklets were published by Frères Schott in Paris. To my knowledge the catalog of Schott Paris/Brussels has been acquire...

Ravanello's masses
I noticed the title of Ravanello 's Messa Solenne Antoniana (XXXV) has been changed into Messa in B Minor. I would suggest to keep Ravanello own numbering (XXXV in this case) and/or the subtitle (Antoniana). It would be difficult to identify the 35 masses only with key. my five cents. Ctesibius belo...

Re: Baroque pieces transcribed for piano?
Hi, I guess you mean transcriptions of baroque concerts. (For the thousand of harpsichord or organ baroque pieces search for harpsichord, cembalo organ in the library) The first work one should mention are the 16 concerts transcribed by JSB Bwv972-987) http://imslp.org/wiki/16_Konzerte_nach_verschie...

Bossi, Scenes from the life of St. Francis, op.140
Hi, would be nice to have uploaded Bossi's Scenes from the life of St. Francis, op.140 (aka 3 Momenti Francescani, op.140) for organ, published by John Church in 1923. The score is not PD in the States but is in Europe and Canada. There are copies in 5 libraries in the States. Is anyone willing to s...

Re: Ravanello Op.67 wrong files
I noticed that most of the original title of the works have been translated into English. Is a new policy? Personally I prefer to keep the original title at least for the languages that use latin characters. e.g. Das wohltemperierte Klavier instead of The Well-Tempered Clavier. It seems to me more c...

Ravanello Op.67 wrong files
Hi,
I poste wrong files in Ravanello op.67 page. http://imslp.org/wiki/6_Pezzetti_facili ... o,_Oreste)
Would be possible to move the 7 files under a new page "6 Bozzetti pastorali, Op.61", I will then post the right ones
Thank you

Re: Domenico Porretti
Porretti (ca 1720-1783) worked as a cellist in the Capilla Real between 1734 and 1783. He was the father of Joaquina, Boccherini’s second wife. He seems to have written 24 cello concertos and a work for four cellos mentioned by Padre Antonio Soler. Naxos recorded a sonata for cello in D found in the...
