I have started listening to works of Prokofiev recently, and I notice a lot of dissonances, but I don't know why he uses those dissonances.

Hi, On the Library, I have seen different editions of the third Liebestraum by Liszt. Chopin etudes aren't easy, Chopin preludes are.
Prelude number 4, 6, 7, 9, 20 aren't very hard (easiest are number 4 and 7).
The first prelude of WTC 1 (C Major) is also very easy, but beautiful.
I think Burgmüller etudes (opus 100) are also doable.

As far as I know the first movement of a Concerto should have a sonata form, but the Rhapsody has a variation form.
