I usually work with anastatic reprints, and trust me, there are a lot of people who think to be better than the composer and when they copy from the manuscript thery correct those that they think are mistakes...or they are not able to understand the notes written in a bad way....or simply they are n...

Once mounted my files in acrobat, I want the pages to look A4 pages, so with acrobat 8 I was used to reprint in pdf with all compression options deactivated. Now with acrobat 9 it doesn't work this way...didnt found a way yet...

sorry, I forgot to tell that I use automatic png JBIG2 compression during the creation of acrobat files

For b/w I use png. The whole pdf will be a little slow to open, but PNG is loseless, and it is the best when you need highest b/w quality in the smallest space. I only scan at 600 dpi because even if it's slow, if you have a 600 dpi image you can downsample it, if you have a 300 dpi image, expeciall...

hi. Since you have the sibelius original, can you dont post the source file or extract the parts? Source sibelius/finale/lilypond files could be a noce idea!
