Spelling error in a title.

Hi, I noticed some errors in the page about Chopin « Nocturne "oubliée" » It should read « Nocturne oublié » without the last "e" (Nocturne is a masculine noun and oubliée applies to female noun) I did already correct (hope so!) this mistake inside the page, but of course was una...

Inserting an audio file

Hi, During the past few years, I've inserted quite a few scores, many of them rather unknown, and I realized now that it is also possible to add some audio examples, making more easy for some to have a better idea of the piece or of the composer. Of course, it has to be done with the due permission ...

Thanks for stressing it once more, since only now I got it... In fact, last time that I did an update of FireFox, it removed all my urls... and I had to find them one by one... So, I was missing the one you just gave me... Of course I didn't recognize a damn thing on this page... trying to find the ...

Hi, thanks for the reply... sorry I didn't see it, doing all my investigations... but also, when on IMDBP ('ve got to memorize those dam Letters !), trying to find in fact Beethoven septet, it said very clearly that it is under construction and that many things woudn't be available for quite a time....

So, you think I should put this on here ? OK, that's no problem, but I may have to reduce its weight since it does about 12 MB for just 7 pages (I did the PDF out of the original AIFF without reducing it to PNG first) But I think I'll have to wait a bit since everything seems to be upside down and t...

But natch !... By the way, this is exactly what I did propose by PM to noqu... I certainly could post this to the forum (it is an old Peters edition), but I don't think it'd be that useful to have just a single part... as probably there is already this work available here :D So just don't worry, the...

Hi First of all, even if I play sometime the piano, I'm not really a pianist, but a violinist (by profession). And second, I can only speak now by memory since after moving, all my piano scores (and 4 hands scores) are still unclassified... so I must have the Beethoven somewhere but didn't find them...

How to come back to an add page?..

Hi, I spend yesterday scanning a new part, and everything being now ready to be uploaded, I started the procedure by filling up the "add page". But, after clicking on the add button (at the bottom), and arrived on the next page, I realized that the information I did enter on the previous o...

Hi Carolus, and believe please that I'm sorry if I created some traffic jam with my correcting the name of my post... true, I am always a bit upset to find misspellings in compositors names... and always see that as a sort of lakedaisical lack of politeness toward them... and beside the fact that it...

Hi, all of you on this page... I read today this page, after having posted yesterday something with the same requests... I noticed that many composers names are written without accented letters... for instance, Eugène Ysaÿe... (and quite few others...).. I did spend some tine yesterday and today aga...

Help requested to correct a page title

Hi, I've just uploaded some new files, and I saw that the name of the composer was wrongly spelled, I'm sure I did enter it correctly though, and since it is a question of accented letters, I first thought it was a question of the program used on the site needing some teaching... I even went to the ...

Thanks Peter... didn't get your message wih the others, dunno why... true, I forgot about the resolution of the screen... and when printed, there is in fact not that much difference between png grey(8) and bitmap (even 300dpi). grey is slightly better thouh, but mostly since bitmap, on the borders a...

Thanks both for those replies. First, Carolus, Sure this work was produced before 57 (1924), and sure too, it has not been arranged (dis-ranged!) by anyone. Anyway, if I can then upload the published parts, there will be no need for me to use Finale (much longer!) for the solo parts. Horndude, I'll ...

Yeah, it is exactly what you said: 70 years + the war years (generally one counts 5 years)... and since you talk about Ravel, it really is a pity, since having no family, he gave on his will, all his belongings to his old nanny, who was not a musician, and today her descendant, not a musician either...
