In the General Comments section of this page http://imslp.org/wiki/Symphony_No.5,_Op.64_%28Tchaikovsky,_Pyotr%29 the instrumentation is incorrect, or at the very least, confusing. It should read: "3 flutes (3rd doubles piccolo)" and also the bassoons are missing from the description: "...
