Retypesetting something Non-PD EU

Post by coulonnus »

I have typeset parts for the Allegro of http://imslp.org/wiki/Duet_mit_zwei_obl ... wig_van%29 whose copyright code is V/C/32.
May I upload them? What is appropriate in the Copyright: field? Can it be a CC-SA 3.0 in US and Canada?

I am pretty sure that this should be fine, given that we tagged it C*/61*/V* on this edition (implying no editio princeps worries in the EU), so the piece itself should be clear in all territories.

Thanks. Now I understand the editorial job made by Peter's editor with dynamics, bowing etc. Obviously Henle's editor used the British Museum manuscript only. So I may at least upload parts without Peter's additions.
