Denying FTP access

How can I protect my web server from FTP clients? I want to protect my website from downloading my website contents (files) via FTP clients. In other words, If anyone try to download my website's files via FTP client, I want to set up my web server to deny it. Is it possible?

Then turn off FTP, or deny anonymous connections. Moving to Off Topic forum.

SFTP or SCP is probably what you want as a replacement to FTP.
