Adding a transcription

Hello, I would like to upload a newly prepared transcription of the Chrysander edition that is already in place here: https://imslp.org/wiki/Clori%2C_mia_bel ... _Frideric)

This is not an arrangement and doesn't in any way involve creative input from me.
I am not a composer.
However I am coming up against a panel that requires me to create a Composer category for myself before I can proceed.

Is this correct?

If your uploading your own typeset, then yes you need to create your own category page even if its for the original setting of the work.
