I recently created an account for IMSLP, and have added two files (1 arrangement, 1 composition).

Both of these files have the tag next to their name, a cross, and a hover text of "This file is currently blocked". (visible in the attached image)

What does this mean? How do I make it 'unblocked'?

Don't worry, it's just routine, and means that the files are pending copyright review before they become fully accessible to everyone. This normally happens within a few hours, or a day or two at most, depending on how many new files need reviewing.
