NMA Barenreiter frontmatter

Post by icactus »

In the process of adding some NMA scores and I noticed we have frontmatter uploaded for at least one mozart symphony: http://imslp.org/wiki/File:PMLP01500-Mo ... t_scan.pdf

To my eye this should still be fully copyright everywhere since it is original text from (I assume) someone still living... am I missing something or was this an oversight?

We really should not have any prefaces and the like. Thanks for letting me know.

Same situation for the Zbigniew Śliwiński collection of Cimarosa Sonatas here? http://imslp.org/wiki/Keyboard_Sonatas_ ... omenico%29 (the introduction is at the end of the score)

Yes, good catch. Sometimes there is an "Afterword" which needs to be eliminated as well.
