Lucks and Kalmus will be reprints - usually of Breitkopf, less often Peters, still less often Baerenreiter. Baerenreiter's editors and their heirs were very haphazard about filing for renewals in the US. Note that a failure to renew only applies to works published before 1964. From 1964 onward all renewals are automatic. As for what can be posted on this site with respect to Baerenreiter, any item published more than 25 years ago is eligible with the exception of continuo realizations which are original and creative in nature (something beyond what any 2nd-year theory student could do, in short).
