Sammartini Recorder Concerto in F, parts

Post by jen_alyce »

Hi everyone,

I've found the score for the Sammartini Recorder Concerto in F here on IMSLP. On the cover of the one scan (they look to be the same edition) it lists the parts. Does anyone have these? I'd also be very interested to know a bit more about this edition where it's from etc?

Many Thanks!

Hi Jen,
the score seems to come from Utile Dulci collection
here the link
http://www3.smus.se/UtileDulci/UD_searc ... ppe&first=

In the home page there are info about the collection and contacts

If you are interested on the parts you can find them at WIMA
http://icking-music-archive.org/ByCompo ... artini.php

Hope this help

Dear Ctesibius,

That's really useful, thank you so much! I was hoping to find the matching handwritten parts if they exist at all? Perhaps the parts on WIMA are typeset from this score anyway I'll give them a look.

Again thanks a lot!

Jen
