It looks like ===Tab Title=== work page lines are not reflected as tabs for now?

Same for me. I tried in both Safari and Firefox. Tabs not functioning in either.

I'm guessing Ed made some change to the wiki code recently.

There was an error in the latest round of upgrades (yesterday) that caused the tabs to fail. This has now been fixed. It may take a few hours before the cache is cleared.
