Orchestra parts for Peter and the Wolf

I am trying to download some parts for Peter and the Wolf. It is Public Domain in Canada where I reside. I am wondering why it is blocked.

Hi Pipster,

On IMSLP we try to block all files that are public domain only in Canada. The reason is that we do not want peope from the EU, for example, opening a document that is not public domain there. Since IMSLP has no way to know that you are from Canada by IP address, I'm afraid you won't be able to access the parts until the year 2024.

Emery, this block applies only to works under copyright in the US and EU, but free in Canada, because of the large amount of traffic from the US.

Add-on: Its not the EU lawyers, but the US lawyers IMSLP wants to avoid...

You could get them from Edition Zeza http://www.sheetmusicx.com/products/Pro ... estra.html, both score and orchestral parts.
