You can find all 3 of Röntgen's Violin concertos at Netherlands Musikinstitut (score, parts and piano reductions in manuscript).
The a minor concerto is catalog number 107/262. They may be able to send you copies/pdf:
http://www.nederlandsmuziekinstituut.nl ... roductions

The A. Dietrich Violin concerto was published in Hamburg, Pohle 1875.
It can be found at Berlin SBB, see the scanned card catalog: Piano reduction and Violin solo part (DMS 13188) Orchestral Parts without the solo-part (DMS 13195). The Piano reduction can be also be found at Hamburg University Library.
There may also be a score at the RBB Rundfunkarchiv in Berlin, because the RSO Berlin Orchestra made a recording of this concerto.

I can not request the scores from these libraries, scanning of scores paid? Anyone who has access to library resources, that could help me.

Unfortunately, the Dietrich Concerto seems to be too brittle, it is only accessible on microfiche.
I tried today also for the Raff Concerto and that one also has "Kopierverbot".
Only solution: when someone pays for custom digitization, then the scans will be put online...

For the Röntgen manuscripts Netherlands Musikinstitut explicitly allows only private study,
even a single concert performance needs special permission - so nobody who has a copy will be
allowed to upload it here.

The Röntgen A minor has been recorded twice (if this is the same work...) so that special permission is not impossible to arrange at least :( (but not contesting the basic facts of the matter- unfortunately...)
