It's available with Henle but I may not scan it because it has a 1987 copyright. Opus 10 is right. It's a Scherzo con passione, Presto.

The Henle edition mentions in its preface the first print: 1838, Breitkopf & Härtel, Leipzig, plate no. 5987. Could someone find and upload this?
