The Czech national library dates this edition to 1954, which in itself isn't a problem. But the wording on the title page suggests that the piece has been revised with new fingerings by the editor, Rudolf Macudzinski (1907-1986). If these editorial interventions were as significant as they sound, then this would be considered original material, and therefore still under copyright until 2037 in Canada, or 2057 in the EU. So it doesn't look good...
