If anyone has taken the time to notice, I have uploaded the complete sets of parts to this wonderful work. Where applicable of those, in countries where this is public domain I am grateful that you will have the opportunity of performing this with out renting the parts from the publishers.

Your parts will no doubt be greatly appreciated. The piece is public domain everywhere except the USA and France (plus maybe an odd country or two with crazy copyright terms like Mexico or Ivory Coast).
