I'm not having much luck finding a death date for Bormioli. He seems to have been born in 1895, but without a death date, it is difficult to pin down a date when his works will come into the public domain. The publications are mid-20th century, so he could well have lived long enough to still be in copyright.

He would have had to have died in 1940 or before in order for this to be public domain in Italy.

Editioni Suvini Zerboni has him in its composer database with BORMIOLI, ENRICO (1895 - 1944).
So that would put him under copyright including 2014.

Zerboni has the score for sale, the complete material in its rental catalog; opac internetculturale shows copies in Firenze and Brescia...
Library of Congress has a copy as well, but in the US this is under copyright until 2036.

This work was still in print about a year ago when I bought it from Musigramma.

Seems to still be available for 30 Euros which is not exactly horrendous.

Concertingly
